1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The packaging must be unopened, with all original seals intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Perishable items.
  • Items damaged by the shipping company used.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us:
    Email us at info@gntherbal.com or call 1 876 388-6073 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed return instructions.
  • Prepare Your Return:
    Package the item securely in the original packaging. Include your RMA number, a copy of your receipt, and any other documentation requested.
  • Ship the Item:
    Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure the package is tracked and insured, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photos of the damaged product for verification. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, or a full refund excluding shipping charges.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

9. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before initiating a return.
